The service, subscription terms and responsibilities for using ugokiego.
1. Operator and service
These terms concern ugokiego, operated by STRATA PINNACLE RESOURCE TRADING at Unit 7 No 510 Monsall Road, Manchester, United Kingdom, M40 8WN. Contact support@ugokiego.net. You must be at least 18 to purchase a subscription and have authority to use the images you provide. This static site currently supports local motion previews; AI generation and online payment are not activated.
2. Annual price and one-hour trial
The proposed annual plan, not yet available for purchase, costs USD 99 in English or JPY 16,999 in Japanese, including applicable taxes. These are separate fixed-currency prices, not live exchange-rate conversions. For an activated service, payment is zero for the first 60 minutes, then the full annual fee is charged automatically unless you cancel before trial end. It renews every 12 months at the agreed price until cancelled. The proposed statement name is “UGOKIEGO”; the actual name must be confirmed before payments open. Changing the website language does not change an existing subscription’s currency.
3. Credit allocation and use
The trial provides 50 trial credits; each paid annual period provides 1,200 credits. A standard 5-second generation costs 10 credits and a 10-second generation costs 20 credits. A failed generation does not consume credits. Trial credits expire at trial end and paid credits at the end of the paid period, without rollover. Credits have no cash value except the refunds described in our Refund Policy. Local previews do not use credits.
4. Cancellation and refund
You may cancel before trial end to avoid the first charge, or before an annual renewal to stop the next charge, without a cancellation fee. Follow the Cancellation Policy or email support@ugokiego.net. The Refund Policy provides a 30-day guarantee on unused paid credits. Statutory cancellation and consumer rights are unaffected.
5. Your content and acceptable use
You retain the rights you hold in your input content. You grant only the permissions needed to process a requested creation. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe copyright, impersonate people deceptively, or create non-consensual intimate imagery. Obtain permission from identifiable people where required. You are responsible for checking that your inputs and intended uses, including commercial uses, are lawful. Generated content is not guaranteed to be unique or eligible for copyright.
6. Availability, changes and responsibility
Creative output may contain errors and may not match a prompt exactly. We may restrict abusive activity and will explain material service or price changes before they affect a paid period. Changes do not silently increase an existing annual charge. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory rights in your country of residence. Contact support to resolve a dispute before taking further action; this does not prevent access to a court or regulator.
