Cancellation Policy

Understand exactly when to cancel and what happens to your access.
1. The one-hour trial
For an activated paid service, the trial lasts exactly 60 minutes from the confirmed activation time. You pay zero during that hour. Unless cancelled before it ends, the selected annual fee is charged automatically: USD 99 for the English USD plan or JPY 16,999 for the Japanese JPY plan. The local preview does not activate a trial.
2. How to cancel
Use the subscription management link in your payment confirmation when that service is active, or email support@ugokiego.net with the subject “Cancel subscription”, your purchase email and order reference. No reason is required. An email cancellation takes effect from its sent timestamp, even if support replies later. If a charge is collected after a timely cancellation, we refund it in full.
3. Annual renewal and access
The annual subscription renews every 12 months from the first paid billing date at the agreed price unless you cancel before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal; paid access and remaining credits continue until the current annual period ends unless a refund ends the subscription earlier. There is no cancellation fee.
4. Refunds and statutory cancellation
Cancellation and refund requests are separate. Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day unused-credit guarantee. Applicable statutory cancellation and consumer remedies remain available and are not excluded by starting a trial, using the preview, or agreeing to automatic renewal.
