Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 10, 2026
A clear explanation of the information this website uses and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible
STRATA PINNACLE RESOURCE TRADING operates ugokiego.net. Contact support@ugokiego.net or write to Unit 7 No 510 Monsall Road, Manchester, United Kingdom, M40 8WN for privacy enquiries.
2. Images, prompts and previews
In this browser-based preview, selected images and prompt text remain in your browser and are not uploaded to us. Motion clips are created on your device. Images and generated clips remain in page memory until you refresh or close the page; a downloaded file stays on your device until you delete it. No account is created.
3. Preferences and website requests
We use local storage for your privacy and language preferences. The language key “ugokiego-language” stores your selected English or Japanese language, has no automatic expiry, and remains until replaced or cleared in your browser settings. This version has no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, third-party fonts or cross-site tracking cookies. Visiting a hosted website sends normal connection information, including IP address and browser request details, to its hosting provider. This is used to deliver and secure the website, not to build an advertising profile.
4. When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request, manage a contract where applicable, and meet legal obligations. Our email service provider processes this information to deliver and store correspondence. We retain correspondence only as long as needed for the enquiry and any applicable legal record-keeping duties.
5. Payments and future services
This static version does not collect card details or process payments. AI model processing and paid subscriptions are not connected. Before those services are enabled, the privacy information must identify the processors, retention periods and any international transfer safeguards that actually apply. Do not send sensitive personal information in a creative prompt or support email.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Email support@ugokiego.net; we may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
