Know what the creative tools and illustrative examples do—and their practical limits.
1. Creative results
Images and videos are creative outputs, not evidence of real events. AI-generated material may contain visual errors, unexpected details or similarities to existing work. Check outputs before publishing and disclose synthetic content where required. No particular creative or commercial result is guaranteed.
2. This version of the service
The static website includes a local image-motion preview and browser-based video export. It does not call an AI model, animate the subject itself, take payments, or create subscriptions. The annual-plan and checkout pages describe the intended paid service. A preview interaction is never proof of a completed order or an active trial.
3. Third-party names and your rights
Payments are unavailable and no accepted card brands are advertised. Actual supported methods and the statement name must be confirmed by the payment provider before checkout is activated. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes mandatory warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
