1. Your 30-day guarantee
Request a refund within 30 calendar days of the first annual payment or a renewal payment. If none of the paid credits from that billing period have been used, we refund the full annual payment. Trial credits do not reduce your refund.
2. If you have used some credits
We refund the full value of the unused portion: the amount paid × unused paid credits ÷ 1,200 credits allocated for that annual period. For example, 900 unused credits qualify for 75% of the annual payment. There is no refund handling fee. Refunded credits are removed and the subscription is cancelled.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@ugokiego.net with the email used for your purchase and the order reference. Use the subject “Refund request”. You do not need to explain why. Never send a full card number or security code. A request is dated when your email is sent, not when we reply.
4. Processing and payment method
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to display the refund. The refund is issued in the original transaction currency; bank conversion rates and bank fees are outside our control.
5. Your other rights
This guarantee is additional to any mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for services that are not supplied or do not conform to the contract. Nothing here limits a right to cancel, receive a refund, or seek another remedy under applicable law. The local preview does not accept payments.
