What can I create with ugokiego?+
Turn travel photos, product images and illustrations into short motion clips. Choose a camera movement, a 5- or 10-second duration and a landscape, portrait or square format. The local preview creates camera movement in your browser; it does not generate new subject motion with AI.
How does the one-hour free trial work?+
When the paid service is activated, the trial starts only after explicit subscription confirmation. You pay nothing for 60 minutes. Unless you cancel before it ends, USD 99 or JPY 16,999 is charged for the full year, then every 12 months. This local preview cannot start a trial or charge your card.
What is included in the annual plan?+
The proposed annual plan would include 1,200 credits per paid year when launched. A standard 5-second generation uses 10 credits; 10 seconds uses 20. Trial access includes 50 separate credits. Failed generations do not consume credits. Unused credits expire with their trial or annual period; there is no rollover.
Can I cancel and get a refund?+
Yes. Cancel before trial end to avoid the first charge, or before renewal to stop the next charge. Within 30 days of an annual payment, request a full refund on unused credits, no questions asked. If all paid credits are unused, the full annual fee is refunded; if some are used, the unused portion is refunded proportionally.
Are my images uploaded or stored?+
The local preview keeps your images on your device. They are processed in browser memory and are not sent to a server. Download your finished clip before leaving or refreshing the page. You can use JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 10 MB.
Does changing the language change my subscription?+
English displays the USD 99 annual offer and Japanese displays the JPY 16,999 annual offer. These are fixed prices in different currencies. An existing subscription retains the currency and price confirmed at checkout. The proposed statement name is “UGOKIEGO”; the actual name must be confirmed before payments open.
